My OP bible is Dr McCormick’s “Whole Body Approach to Osteoporosis” – he has the most compelling story and is the only one I know who has come back from severe OP to resuming hard training as a competitive athlete. What he learned in research & self-testing is what he has put into Osteo Naturals. I need good & complete bone-building supplements for my thin bones and Dr McCormick is the one I trust and whose products I’m sticking with.

    Hi Ms. Garcelon,
It is impossible to get the same amount of calcium and magnesium in a capsule form. You could try taking one of the powder forms of calcium and magnesium that are on the market. I believe Pure Encapsulations has one and they are a very reputable company. DrM

If you are going to take a supplement for Osteoporosis I would suggest this one! The whole line of Osteo- Naturals is superior to all other brands. I would suggest reading the book the author wrote who developed these products. His name is Dr Keith McCormick his book is The Whole-Body Approach to Osteoporosis: How to Improve Bone Strength and Reduce Your Fracture Risk. He certainly has better nutrition advice than anyone else for Osteoporosis and IMO this is the best book on the subject! He had 12 fractures himself which is why his supplements and knowledge are superior!
I had a fall last September and I dd not break anything! I came to know about his supplements by reading his book after a severe fracture.
Get these supplements! They are the best on the market and of medical quality but they are not medicine they are vitamins and minerals!

I heard about the OsteoNaturals products through a friend of mine and so glad I did. Most of the calcium supplements I’ve taken for my osteoporosis in the past have upset my stomach. With only 175 mg of calcium in each tablet they don’t upset my stomach. Plus since the calcium is chelated it is probably absorbed much easier than a tablet that has calcium carbonate in it. I also have trouble swallowing pills but I don’t with these. I would give this product 6 stars if I could.

Love this product! So convenient to have the recommended dosage and ratios of nutrients for osteoporosis in one bottle. I feel this product is the result of much research, and I trust the company.

After reading ” The Natural Approach to Osteoporosis ” by Dr Keith McCormick ( a must read if you have bone loss issues ) it was great to know that this product line is now available on Amazon. The research is great a long with the product. A 1 – 2 punch for healthy bones.

I began using OsteoNaturals with Dr. Mccormick in 2010, after a DXA Scan revealed osteoporosis in my spine. I read his book The Whole Body Approach to Osteoporosis and have followed his advice. That was five years ago and now I’m in great shape! All my tests show that I have healthy bones! I will not stop using OsteoNaturals. I recommend this regime to everyone because you learn what your body needs and test to know you are getting results.

I have many, many chemical sensitivities and digestive issues. But I have been able to use this vitamin with no ill effects for a couple of years. I’m so grateful for it, as I am very limited on what I can eat as well. I find it essential to get some nutrition in me. Please note the pills are very large. It’s not a problem for me, but might be for others.

Love this supplement, great product, fast delivery, great price!

I’ve been using Osteo Stim as well as Osteo Sustain since Keith (Dr. McCormick) brought them to market. If you’re like me you move quickly past any “special” supplement sold by a chiropractor or doctor. These products are the exception. If you read his book, The Whole Body Approach to Osteoporosis, you’ll see the rigor of Dr. McCormick’s hard science approach to this disease. But the proof is in the numbers. Since I’ve been using these supplements my bone markers have essentially returned to normal. I’ve known Dr. McCormick as a patient for over ten years and can’t speak highly enough as to his care and commitment. Why figure out which individual supplements you need (calcium, vitamin D, magnesium, vitamin K etc), in what quantities are appropriate and most effective, and which companies you can trust buying them from them when these products do it for you. And, as I wrote, the proof is in the numbers.
