My OP bible is Dr McCormick’s “Whole Body Approach to Osteoporosis” – he has the most compelling story and is the only one I know who has come back from severe OP to resuming hard training as a competitive athlete. What he learned in research & self-testing is what he has put into Osteo Naturals. I need good & complete bone-building supplements for my thin bones and Dr McCormick is the one I trust and whose products I’m sticking with.

The pills are too large and even when cut the cause choking. It would be most helpful if they were manufactured in capsule form to reduce choking.

    • Dr. Keith McCormick

      Hi Ms. Garcelon,
It is impossible to get the same amount of calcium and magnesium in a capsule form. You could try taking one of the powder forms of calcium and magnesium that are on the market. I believe Pure Encapsulations has one and they are a very reputable company. DrM
